Grievances
All employees with a genuine concern about Coates’ involvement in activities causing adverse human rights impacts have access to effective grievance mechanisms and protection from detrimental treatment.
Where we identify causing or contributing to human rights harm, we commit to providing or cooperating in remediation.
Indigenous rights
We uphold and respect the rights of the First Nations People, their culture and connection to land and water is integral to the operation of the business.
Our Reconciliation Action Plan supports the National Reconciliation Movement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their communities.
